AI Skill Store ("the Service") is a marketplace platform where developers can upload, share, and distribute AI agent skills. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key and password.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Skill Upload Policy

• You retain ownership of skills you upload. By uploading, you grant AI Skill Store a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your skill.
• You must have the right to upload and distribute the skill content.
• All uploads undergo automated security vetting. Skills flagged as high-risk may be rejected or delisted.
• You are solely responsible for any harm caused by skills you upload.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Uploading skills containing malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code
• Skills designed to exfiltrate user data without explicit consent
• Unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Circumventing the security vetting process
• Automated abuse of the API (excessive requests, scraping)
• Impersonating other developers or organizations

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI Skill Store does not guarantee that:

• Skills available on the platform are free of security vulnerabilities
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Skills will function as described by their authors

Users install and use skills at their own risk. We recommend reviewing skill source code and vetting reports before installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

AI Skill Store shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any skill obtained through it.

7. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.
